💡 Pro Tips
See Details
Use SMS for quick confirmations Text is faster than calling for appointment confirmations, address verification, or quick yes/no questions.
Send images for visual clarity Screenshots, photos of documents, or product images can eliminate back-and-forth clarifications.
Check message delivery Unlike calls, SMS doesn't guarantee immediate delivery. Allow time for responses, especially outside business hours.
Sync across devices Start a conversation on desktop, continue on mobile—all messages stay in sync automatically.
Save important messages Copy critical information (addresses, confirmation numbers) from SMS to paste into your CRM or notes.

Can't send SMS messages? → Verify SMS is enabled for your phone number. Contact your admin if the SMS tab doesn't appear.
Recipient not receiving messages? → Confirm you entered the correct phone number with country code. Check if the recipient's carrier blocks short-code messages.
Images won't send? → Ensure the image is JPG, PNG, or GIF format. Only one image can be sent at a time. International SMS doesn't support images.
SMS conversations not syncing across devices? → Make sure you're signed into the same Zoom account on all devices and connected to the internet.
